I have been Dr Horns patient for over 20 years.She has always diagnosed me correctly.She is kind and courteous and she is always on time.

I have very poor eyesight ( -11 or more in each eye.) I've been a patient of Dr. Horns for almost 30 years AND she has done an outstanding job in helping me to see as clearly as I am able - and to help in delaying an inevitable macular degeneration that she alerted me to almost 10 years ago - which was more than enough time to mentally prepare for it. You too would be well served to use Dr. Horns as your ophthalmologist - I find her to be highly intelligent, patient, considerate and willing to work within any parameters that you bring to your situation. She also has a great sense of humor and makes what can be a stressful situation, far less so. 5 Stars.
