My doctor just retired and last week was my last appointment. I am receiving buprenorphine treatment and have been in, once-a-month-office-based treatment, for the past 4 years. I was referred to Dr. Holleman of Tyler Physical Medicine. I called to set up an appointment and everything went great. As soon as he found out I was on SSI Disability, his office called back and treated me like a criminal and told me that I needed to find a Psychiatrist to handle my psychiatric treatment before he would treat me. I was shocked that was asking me to pay for two very expensive doctors at once! Also, there are very few psych doctors that will participate in buprenorphine treatment. I was so upset that I began to panic and search for other options. Every doable option i found, wanted to charge $200 to $400 per appointment and I had to pay cash. I was becoming so distraught. I ran across Dr. Dorothy Jackson as a buprenorphine waived physician and I gave it a try! Her Office was so sweet to me and… didn't treat me like a drug addict. They scheduled me with zero issue and gave me hope. Her prices were so reasonable. $150 for the first month, and $70 for every month afterwards. She will also sign my pre-authorizations for my Opioid treatment, which means my medicine will be covered by my insurance. Thanks to her, my life will continue on with normalcy and functionality! I would recommend her to anyone!

My stepson went to Miss Jackson for whatever and thanks to her incompetence my step son may loose his TX Star moneys that will keep him in assisted living.

Was very pleased to find a Doctor that listens and diagnosed a problem I was having for over 2 years. Highly recommend.

Best Bargain in town and great competency as well!!

Very rude, rolls her eyes at you and to other patience. I have seen her 5 times and finally decided to change doctors she acts like she hates her job and has a constant attitude.
