Its the same old story. I had an appointment for a certain time, arrived early and waited for 45 mintues BEFORE I was told that everyone in the waiting room...6 people... were ahead of me !! I left, went home and promplty found myself another doctor.

Am very pleased and comfortable with her. Office staff is great with the exception of person responsible for calling with test results.Either no one calls or caller states test is positive but no direction as to how to handle situation. Am very pleased overall. Too bad she is associated with Crozer.

Dr. Jenkins is quite intelligent and analytically capable, thus possesses excellent diagnostic skills. I also appreciate the fact that she does not seem to consider me an idiot and has never dismissed my complaints, requests, or hypotheses as to my own conditions. However, do not count on feeling cared for. She is reluctant to communicate, office wait tends to be long, and I have to actively fight for follow-up.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jenkins for several years and am very satisfied with her professionalism and her treatment. I don't mind waiting to see her, because I know that when it's time for her to see me, I'll receive her full attention and will not be rushed through my appointment. She has always been responsive to my concerns, and she is thorough in her examinations and diagnoses. And the office staff is terrific.

Have been a patient for 17 years. Good experiences until recently. I felt hurried. Do not get timely or through feedback on testing results.

This doctor was amazingly unprofessional and downright rude at times. She barged into the examining room where I was waiting to see her without knocking, she was physically rather rough, and in a constant hurry. She also gave me "attitude" when I asked questions. The unfortunate part is that her office staff is quite pleasant and professional. It's a shame she's not.
