She was ok when I had no real issues. When I did, and I had all these questions and concerns, her true nature came out. She is impatient and close-minded. She does not explain conditions well and doesn't really listen to you. Not good traits in a doctor.

The doctor is knowledgeable but is better off doing paperwork and medical politics. Really ineffective in dealing with chronic conditions. I came into the office and was terrified since my Lyme has been going on for a while. She was dismissive, condescending, and defensive. Not much of compassion there. Unless you have something simple don't bother.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lebeau's for over five years. I could not ask for a better PCP. I have had nothing but positive experiences with her (and Concorde Medical Group) for both basic and more serious medical conditions. For basic care, I've always been able to schedule a same-day appointment. The**one time** I had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen, Dr. Lebeau was extremely apologetic. Her bedside manner is caring, clinical, and efficient. My first visit to Dr. Lebeau was on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. I was her last patient of the day and I was suffering from a persistent cold. When I told Dr. Lebeau that I had not had a physical in a few years, she insisted on giving me one then and there (again, this was the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend). For more serious medical matters, Dr. Lebeau is beyond valuable as a source of information, support, and advocacy. Two years ago I took an unexpected trip to the ER, where a CAT scan revealed large… masses on my ovaries. Over the course of three months, I saw several specialists outside of Concorde Medical Group and ultimately had surgery to remove the masses and rule out cancer (a success). Dr. Lebeau examined - on her own time - all of the bloodwork and tests run by the various specialists. She even asked her colleagues to review my case. She called several times to check on my status. There were even a few instances when she spent 30+ minutes on the phone, helping me process the information I received from specialists and decide on the best course of action. Again, this was all on her own time. Dr. Lebeau was out of town the week of my surgery, but made sure that one of her colleagues call for a report. She also called me the following week to check in. Dr. Lebeau is one of many doctors in New York who is smart, skilled, and cares about her patients. She is one of few doctors, however, who takes the time and initiative to support her patients when they are outside of her immediate care. In doing so, she provides true continuity of care and is an outstanding primary care physician.

Thorough and concerned. She will even follow-up directly with you something I have never experienced before.Best Doctor I have EVER had.

Dr. Lebeau is always interested and extremely helpful. She calls me personally with results and advice and has made herself available for special problems. I highly recommend her.

Nice person, Very efficient, maybe too efficient as she doesn't seem to have enough time to REALLY talk about issues. That is the only real problem however as she appears to be very thorough. I think that the MDs in the Concorde group get paid by the number of patients they see as they all seem to be in a hurry. Not a good system.

She is very careless, does not return phone calls and seems easily distracted. I have not been happy with her as my physician and am in the process of looking for a new doctor.
