Rude and very condescending pediatrician, who is focused only on making money rather than the child's well-being. Refuses non-vaccinated kids.

This practice dismisses any patient that doesn’t follow their current vaccine schedule. They are a “vaccinated only” clinic, and that’s the wording they use on their dismissal letter. You may or may not know, insurance companies offer a significant bonus for providers that meet a certain percentage (somewhere between 60-70%) of fully vaccinated patients.

Want unnecessary testing, pushing of shots, anything to line her pocket, this is the place to go.

In the past there have been some very inconsiderate staff here but within the last year they have really upped their game. Dr. Jessica and Dr. Tucker are AMAZING!! They both love to spend time with the kids and are eager to listen to parent concerns. They thoroughly evaluate the children and discuss -in detail- the plan of care. My 1 month old had some blood work done for jaundice at LRMC and Dr. Jessica called me within the next hour and a half with the results. Dr. Tucker doesn’t sugar coat or leave you in the dark about anything. I love these two and they have changed the office for the better!!!

The rudest pediatrician I have ever dealt with. Multiple visits, long waits just to have my concerns dismissed rudely. I will never take my kids here again.

We go to the Edgewood office and the front desk staff is rude and not helpful. In the 11 years that I have sent my daughter there we have seen Dr. Dorothy Ray 3 times. All the other times have been ARNP's and 1 missed diagnosed my daughter with double pneumonia and allergies! I took the step to see a specialist on my own and after blood work he found a that my daughter has a serious condition. I have changed Doctors since. PLEASE do not use this office they are MONEY HUNGRY!!!!

The staff is not nice at all,in on top of that miss Dorothy ray don't care in that's sad ! No looking back for me in my kids!

STAFF IS HORRIBLE! DOCTOR IS NICE BUT NO FOLLOW UP, LONG WAIT TIMES, AND THE LEFT HAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING. NOT GOOD WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO KEEP KIDS HEALTHY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WE ARE GOING TO ANOTHER DOCTOR!

We decided to go with Dr. Ray since it was really close to our house. But it was not a good decision. The Doctor is really nice, but doesn't look professional at all; starting by the way she dressed (I'm sorry, but doctors have to look always neat and impeccable) The office staff was VERY rude! Don't get me started with the cleanliness of the offices. We were waiting in the lobby and crawling on the walls there was a HUGE cockroach! the sits are teared and the walls looked very dirty. Sorry for the doctor, she seems very nice.

i am a mom of four, they are not in this feild for pt care only the money! office staff is rude and they are quick to drop pts without there knowledge and sign forms to move you to other drs who dont even see kids! PARENTS BEWARE!
