Terrible doctor she over talks you thinks she knows everything even when it is not her expertise Very pushy lacks compassion towards patient somewhat argumentative definitely do not recommend this doctor

Takes the time to focus on my case. Had the tissue for when I broke down and cried. Encouraged me to stay positive and focused on reality of my cancer. I formed a bond with her and her staff that was pleasant. I will surely miss her and her staff.

Dr. Chu's wait times ARE long. 20 minutes was an average. However, it is because Dr. Chu spends QUALITY time with her patients, making sure , not just checking on my physical health but monitoring my general well being surrounding my condition. Giving me a shoulder to cry on if she saw or heard I have something going on in my life. She is like this with all patients. I simply learned to schedule my appointments with an expectation of 90 minutes, and always take a book. : ) If we finished early, bonus time for me.

The surgery that Dr. Chu performed on me was so poor that I will need to have reconstructive surgery to eliminate the error that she did on my breast. Please do not use this doctor! I do not want you to have to go through the pain and suffering that I am still encountering.

Dr. Chu is wonderful, she is thorough, patient, informative, and kind. Our experience with her is nothing short of amazing. Thank you Dr. She was pleasant and made the whole experience that much easier for us.
