Dr. Holmes grew up in Iowa and graduated from Dental School at The University of Iowa in 1975. In 1986 he completed his training in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After living and working in West Virginia for a number of years, he and his family moved to Farmington in 1992. He was employed by the Indian Health Service for 6 years prior to opening his office in Farmington.
