I think he is the best. He is alwats there whenever i have needed him I have been going to him for probably close to 10 years. Out entire family goes there and we are very pleased. the office staff on the other hand lacks personality needs help.(not all of them) i think he needs a Good Office manager

The DR. is very nice, but the office staff is the worst. All young kids who probably just attended some trade school. and must work very cheap. For most of them this is probably their first job in a Doctor's office and their lack of experience shows. Also for most of the staff English is their second language, and their attitudes are straight from the ghetto!

Sincere and caring doctor. However he does not seem to be able to control his staff. They are rude and lazy.

Dr. Bienstock is one of the most caring and professional doctors it has ever been my pleasure to know. He listens attentively to any and all concerns I may have and takes the time to address all of them to my satisfaction. He does the same with questions that I either have prior to the visit or questions that come up as a result of the exam or consultation. He is also an excellent diagnostiition. I have been very unhappy with doctors I've seen in the past, but Dr. Bienstock is definately a keeper.

Dr. Bienstock had been my doctor for over 12 Years. He is the absolute best doctor I ever had. The hard to find type. It shows he is a doctor because he wants to be one, the rare kind that enjoys helping people to heal. Great diagnostic skills, great bedside maners, great listner, Open to alternative medicine and sees you as a WHOLE human being, not just a patient with a localized problem. Easy to get appointments with. His staff is usually nice and polite. I highly, highly recommend him.

Used to seem to really care about patients, returned phone calls, renew scripts but of late has actually become rude and very frustrated with his job. Have heard this from 3 friends who he treats. Too bad.
