Dr. Douglas Leon Bilinski, MD

Dr. Bilinski treated my 103 year old father. Wait was about 10 minutes in the empty waiting room, as good or better than most doctors we have seen. Wheelchair accessible in all areas made the visit very smooth for us. Dr. Bilinski addressed all of our concerns and was thorough in his examination and explanations. A prescription was sent to our pharmacy of choice immediately. Office staff were efficient and quick with insurance and paperwork. I don't rate doctors on their personality but their ability to diagnose and treat, we had no problems at all at this office.

The wait may take up to 10-15, but the doctor gives good, attentive care to all his patients. I've been seeing him for the past 4/5 years. I'm quite pleased w/his knowledge on how to treat African-American skin.

Not a warm and fuzzy doctor but is thorough and cautious (in a good way). Am a patient myself and so are my kids. Don't need my doctor to be my best friend. Just need him to know his stuff. Dr. Bilinski does. Have had insurance problems with other doctors, but never with him.

This dermatologist was awful. I had a chemical burn on my hands and he gave me a total of three minutes of his time which included writing the prescription for a cream without even talking to me. He has terrible bedside manner and treated me as though I was a child. I could handle this had his expertise helped my chemical burn, but he told me to use this cream for 4 months before seeing him again. Soon my hands were in constant pain and were not getting any better. I later found out from another dermatologist that I should only have used that cream for 2 weeks as apposed to his suggested 4 months. I would never go see him again and hope that this helps someone avoid him in the future.

Got refused an appointment because I don't have insurance! I have money so I don't know what the problem. When I asked I was told it is against office policy. Thanks for nothing!

dr bilinski saw me twice without an appointment. i waited no more than 15min. he carefully explained my concerns. and treated me immiediatley. the staff also was very kind.

Complained to the medical board

My first and last experience with Dr. Bilinski was one that I care not to repeat. Dr. Bilinski has absolutley no bedside manner - his office staff is equally rude! I will never return to this office or refer anyone to him!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEMD THIS MD!
