Dr. Douglas Lloyd Brown, MD

I was referred by my family members that I should make an appointment with Dr. Brown. since I’ve been looking for answers with my health conditions for along, long time. I was very disappointed when I called his office to schedule an appointment that he didn’t except Medicare. What are we supposed to do nowadays when our health comes last and money comes first. I would have gladly payed my share. But! Didn’t even get a chance to see him. I guess doctors don’t care about peoples needs anymore. Then we’re just old people in their eyes.

I would give Dr Brown 5 stars if he would replace Jackie the receptionist. I have never met a person as rude as her. She must be his mother or something because he refuses to fire her even though she has had many complaints. Dr Brown is so compassionate and caring. He looks for the problem and doesn’t just throw medicine at you. And then there’s Jackie. She is the gatekeeper who asks very personal questions and will only pass along your message if she deems fit. And when you call to schedule an appointment you truly feel like you are putting her out. She’s a Beotch!!!

Dr.Brown is a very compassionate, wise doctor who takes time to figure out whole picture. He is the best doctor I have ever seen in all my 65 years.

He's an amazing Dr that takes his time with you and actually listens and wants to fix the root of the problem not just throw meds at the symptoms.

In my 45 years, I have never had a doctor take the time to really get to know me, sit with me and go through all my lab work and work to find the root cause of my illness. Dr. Brown in the best doctor I have ever had and I would not go to anyone else. Truly a gem in the medical community.

I simply cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Brown. He is an extraordinary physician, and a wonderful human being too. I would refer any of my friends and family to him with no reservations whatsoever. He is patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician-

I've never experienced any other Dr that would spend close to 45 min with me almost every time I saw him -- esp. going over every detail of my blood lab report --showing and explaining exactly what was happening and how we need to adjust it. And he is a very patient listener to everything I had to say. Fantastic !!

Dr. Brown gives a patient the time needed which I appreciate very much.

Best doctor I've been seen and I've seen my share. Highly recommend if you are an "undiagnosed" person.

Dr. Brown is a wonderful guy who knows his stuff. Not only is he a fantastic doctor, but he's also a great man. His bedside manner is OUTSTANDING and he will spend as much time as necessary with you. He's awesome! Unfortunately, his business is suffering, due to his rude, blunt, mean secretary, JACKIE!!! She has got to go! I don't know where he found her, but he needs a new office lady. She hangs up on people. She talks to people in such a demeaning and rude manner. She asks you personal questions that aren't her business. I won't call the office because of her. When I want to talk to Dr. Brown, she insists that she needs to know why I want to talk to him. I told her it's private and personal, and that I need to talk directly with Dr. Brown. She got upset and said, "Well, Dr. Brown's busy! He might give you a call; he might not." I'm about ready to find a new doctor strictly because of the old bat in the office who doesn't know her job and doesn't know how to treat… people with respect. It's unfortunate! Dr. Brown's lost so many patients because of Jackie!
