The staff was very courteous and pleasant. Dr. Charles did not rush through the appointment which I very much appreciated.

Dr. Charles is a superb physician. Going to see him is always a pleasure. He listens to your concerns and answers whatever questions you have. It's very fast to get in and the staff is wonderful.

Dr Charles is always great. Front desk professional and friendly . However, the MA that took me back and did the preview was rude and unprofessional. She talked over me and hadn't obviously previewed my chart. Hope she isn't there long.

Had a visit with Doctor Charles regarding a back issue! I really liked that he didn't rush me through! He listened and gave me a couple of options if the medication didn't work! This is the nicest office and prompt with my appointment time! And the girl that came in to get my weight and height and front staff are also very professional and helpful.
