Every staff member was working their areas. Being that I work in healthcare, its a pleasure to know that my son will be handled with such care. There was a nurse (or dental hygienist) name Joanne, she saw that we were not able to take a picture of my son's first dentist appointment, without even notice, she walked over to us before we left and said, "bring him to this room, I know you want to get a picture" and she walked us into a room and let us a take a pic of his first dental apt; I thought this was absolutely thoughtful and admirable. She didn't have to notice that and she didn't have to let us do it; something as small as that touched me as a mother and confirmed that I've made the right decision in picking this dentist! Dr. Clemens was also amazing and answered any and all of our questions.

I absolutely loved the attention to my son. It was busy that morning and it was children everywhere, but nothing was out of order and there was no chaos.

Our first visit was for emergency reasons--and occurred right around a holiday--but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. These initial experiences definitely solidified our decision to make Cross Keys Dental Associates the regular/full-time provider for our daughter

Excellent customer service! My 6 year old is always eager to visit and remains comfortable through out her appointment.

What a pleasant experience my two-year old daughter and I had today at her very first dentist appointment. No tears! Angel and Dr Dworkin are unbelievably patient and tremendous listeners. I left with a terrific understanding of my daughter's tooth health and what oral hygiene practices are appropriate for her age. It was such a happy visit, I couldn't get her out the door when it was time to go - she wanted to play longer in the waiting room! I am very pleased across the board and actually look forward to her next appointment!

Great Children's Dentist. ..I wouldn't think about taking my children anywhere else. It's always a friendly atmosphere, friendly faces and very clean. I wish I could be a patient.

This visit was delightful in every way! Dr. Clemens is the gentlest of dentists, and everyone--from the hygienists/dental assistants to the front desk staff--is so friendly and attentive. As I sat there while my daughter had her tooth pulled, I thought about how lucky we are to get this kind of care for our children.
