Dr. Douglas Howard Cowan, MD

I couldn't be more impressed by Dr. Cowan. He's highly knowledgable, patient, personable, and an outstanding educator. He provided me with a diagnosis regarding a disequilibrium and inner ear disorder when a neurologist couldn't. I give Dr. Cowan my highest recommendation!

Dr Cowan apologized for my wait(!), then listened carefully, asked smart questions, explained clearly, reassured me we could wait-and-see, and made it THEIR job to remember to order another test in 6 months. I'm a new pt but was treated like a cherished friend!

Cowan is a stand up guy and and great ENT. All of the nurses and staff are top notch. Best experience I have had in a medical building. You won't be disappointed.

Over several years I have seen several ENT doctors with no help whatsoever. One visit with Dr. Cowan, he found throat polyp, removed it. He was so caring and helpful. Never even needed a Tylenol after successful surgery. He was very caring and concerned. Recommend him highly.

Dr. Cowan is honestly the best physician I've ever encountered. He has a phenomenal bedside manner. I especially appreciated how respectful he was of his own employees. It's obvious he's a great person who truly cares about people.

Dr. Cowan has an incredible bedside manner. He made me comfortable and I trusted him right away. He performed a sinus surgery on me in the office which saved me from having to go to the hospital. The procedure was much easier than expected. I breathe so well and haven't had a sinus infection since the procedure. Two other doctors from England were in town to learn from doctor Cowan. They both were very impressed with doctor cowan and raved to me about what he was able to do comfortably in the office. He's a leader in the field (which I didn't know until the day of surgery). He's humble and obliviously only cares about his patients. I wish more doctors were like him.

Dr. Cowan performed my sinus surgery in the office. I was back to work the next day. He was unbelievably caring and walked me through the whole thing. Best doctor experience to date!
