Dr. Douglas Croff, DPM

Do not go here. My daughter had to undergo four corrective surgeries because of the damage caused by Dr. Douglas Croft. She was a child at the time and had rheumatoid arthritis, which Dr. Croft was fully aware of. Despite that, he performed a procedure that ultimately mangled her feet. We pursued legal action, but unfortunately, the specific deformity she developed was listed as a potential surgical risk. What makes this even more troubling is that the surgeon who later corrected her feet told us he had treated another one of Dr. Croft’s patients for the same issue just a year earlier. Dr. Croft missed crucial steps during surgery, and instead of taking responsibility, he blamed my daughter, saying she didn’t follow through with physical therapy, which is absolutely false. I personally watched her complete every part of it. Because of his negligence, she now lives with lifelong complications. She has no feeling where the surgery was done, must wear special $200+ orthopedic shoes… and inserts and replace them every one-two years, and he even made an incision on the bottom of her foot, which now causes permanent callusing. Dr. Croft did admit fault during our legal process, yet we were later informed we could not pursue compensation for the damages. Please, do not trust your care to Dr. Croft. The harm he caused my daughter is irreversible, and he has taken no true accountability for it.

The doctor is helpful, listens to my concerns and talks and listens to me when I speak about my condition.

Explained what was found on exrays and what needed to be done to fix the issue. I also had a concern that I had the beginning of neuropathy but that was not addressed in the visit.

The doctor was very informative and provided excellent advice.

Felt like the MD wasn't really interested in my problem and answered my questions dispassionately.

Dr Croff was easy to work with, gave me treatment options, possible vitamins to improve symptoms, was competent and friendly.
