In the beginning I felt like he was giving my son a good faith effort to get him the care he needed.. Before we had to switch he made it very clear that his priority was to serve "fit" people, and not children with a disability. He didn't want people to call him and ask him questions about what he meant. I understand that if someone felt like they couldn't handle the patient it is better to say so than to pretend otherwise-- HOWEVER my son actually has a nurse case manager that can answer ANY question that may have arised. This was simply a lack of effort. If you're not a disabled child and you're simply a jogger that gets a sprained knee DON'T go to him for anything other than the same type of brace you would get from a CVS. He will not get you anything custom. He's scared that the insurance will deny it.

My first visit a nurse tells me she thinks she has hep -c and asks my advice. Next the doctor writes me a drug treatment plan. When I call back about it, they admit to losing the plan and force me to re-type it and send it to them via email. Then I was told 3 times I would have a phone call returned the same day. The next day I get a call saying they had been too busy to call me? The office feels like your at a Jiffy lube. Too many doctors, bad office staffing.
