Dr. Douglas Duchen, MD

Dr.Duchen is very knowledgeable. HOWEVER its not easy to get to see him. And the staff is no help..you should not have to go to a walk-in when you have a PCP you been seeing for over 30 years and you are truly sick.you not just calling for a follow-up appt.you are sick..I feel since the office has moved to the new location the integrity of the office has gone down..there's no empathy..it's not what professional healthcare stands for..patient care is not available when it's needed..and you and your staff and adminstration should look into this.this practice has been around for a long time and it's losing it's good reputation...really!!!!!!

My experience this pass couple off weeks From Dr Gupita was professional also seen Dr Duchen two weeks prior on same issue.was told to return in a few days if problem was there.office told me that datmy didn't need a Apointment was told to call I call reception tells me both Dr are not there.ask off I wanted to see a third Dr.why three doctors is that professional.I had words because ,they were not listening.I seen Dr on Tuesday she was great.office were rude and fliers.so to cover them self I get certified letter off medical treatment to be expire.Put call Dr Duchen for explanation.didn't have the respect to call me back I have been a patient for many years never ever was rude or out line with office help.I think my side should have been heard.there is something not right.it's okay.true colors shown here.

His The Best Dr.Friendly Very Nice

I personally know these Dr.s are very good..but you cannot get in to get an appointment even when you are sick. you are advised to go to a walk-in.I think this is wrong.what's the point of listing them as your PcP if you end up in a walk in clinic when you are sick!!! and the office manager is the worst I be ever seen.she doesn't even care!!! When you try to address the issue with her she ask where do you want your records sent too..huh very caring huh?? Awful ..they need to replace her.
