Dr. Douglas G Ertman, MD

Ignored all my symptoms and came up with a stupid diagnosis. He then prescribed a medication which would be dangerous for my heart condition.

DR. Ertman has been my physician for years is the best of the best DR he kind compassionate and knows how to treat the whole person as well as anymedical issue you may have Iam grateful hes been there for me and my family . I would highly recommend him to anyone that really needs a good DR. and good care Tammy Leclerc

I find that Dr. Ertman is skilled medically and is also a good observer of the human condition. He has helped megain perspectives on stress and anxiety while appropriately treating my condition and is one of the best primary care physicians I've had. The staff is nice too. There is a genuinesense of friendliness and care at the office.

Dr. Ertman seems to be unkowledgeable in anything medical beyond doing a throat culture. His Nurse, Shelly, tells him how to treat patients & she is backed up with paperwork, which she never gets around to doing. Prescriptions are written incorrectly & the staff has to be reminded to do necessary paperwork for prescriptions to be covered by insurance. This insurance paperwork can take Shelly up to 3 weeks to get done. In 1 case a patient was still unable to fill a script after an entire year solely because the insurance paperwork was never done & submitted! MEDICALNEGLECT! INEPT!
