Dr. Douglas Gilbert Genninger, DDS

After talking extensively over the phone with the receptionist about my hesitations to be seen due to the pandemic, I was assured the office was only seeing a few patients at a time, had lots of PPE, required masks inside at all times, I would have way more than 6 feet separation, and I would be taken straight back to my room. In reality, I saw at least 12 patients come and go, hygienists wore 1 flimsy disposable mask and no face shield. Horrifyingly, after I entered the building, an employee brushed past me to exit through the same small door with NO mask on. I was stunned as there was a notice stating this was illegal, right on the door. She was inches from my face. I reported this to every employee I interacted with and got very unsatisfying responses that ranged from "She was on her lunch break." to "well we're all just human" and "You had your mask on so it's ok!". As someone with a vulnerable immune system, and after expressing my anxiety surrounding seeing a dentist during… a pandemic, this was completely unacceptable, not to mention Illegal. I would not recommend this place as they do not seem to take COVID19 seriously.

Seriously, how could anyone leave anything but a 5 star review! It’s almost a family visit.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Genninger for several years. I’m always commenting on how friendly and efficient is the practice. Yesterday I went for a follow-up visit that I have been cancelling due to the pandemic. I was really concerned going. Unnecessary, and I should have know they’d be incredibly prepared with the added precautions that are needed; for I felt safe and well cared.

Great and caring group. Glad to be a patient there.

I have had a LOT of dental work in my life, so I am very experienced! I am forever thankful for the day Dr Genninger came into my life. He VERY GENEROUSLY extracted a tooth for me when I was at a very desperate time. He won me as a patient for life. I need a lot of dental work and I won’t go anywhere else! Quality, compassion, passion, family!!! Stellar dentist and exceptional staff! Happy patient!!!

The staff here is always professional and very friendly. They make you feel valued and treat you like one of the family.

And went to make my appointment the ladies in the front office got me and as soon as possible when I got there they were very attentive polite and respectful I will never go to another dentist. Decent pricing and they have plans

Continue to experience incredible service and therapies. I’ve been seeing Dr. Genninger and his staff for over a year. My mouth is a mess due to a medical condition. They have stayed on top of everything including updating my implants and assuring I can smile (very important to me) and maintain a healthy mouth. I can not say enough about their professionalism and cohesive environment. A rare thing to find anymore. They really will do what’s necessary for what you want.

So normally people aren't happy to go to the dentist but afterwards you just have to appreciate how professional and well done everything is at this office. Dr. G certainly knows his business the assistants top notch ,highly recommend.

Dr. G got me right in. He whole staff is very friendly.
