Dr. Douglas Paul Gruffi

I’ve been going to Dr Gruffi for over twenty years. I will not go anywhere else. He truly cares about his patients.

I agree with many others about the difficulty getting in to see the dentist. Too much of a hassle and it seemed as though the only goal of the dentist was to build the practice way too big. My kids used to complain about the care they received and I discounted it but I finally saw something that caused me to transfer my kids to another dentist. I blame myself for not doing it sooner.

If you don't mind waiting for hours beyond your appt time, or for a dentist that triple books patients for the same time slot, or for a dentist that works on you for a while, then leaves you in the treatment room with your treatment unfinished, then goes to the patient in the next room, treats them for a while, then rotates back to you, he's the dentist for you.

Sat in waiting room for almost 2 hours before inquiring if I was going to see the dentist in the next century Not once did staff or anybody else explain the delay I will never use this factory again And I will have my wife and kids find another dentist he's not the only qualified dentist Total disregard for patients never ever again

Got strep throat. Doctor is rude

visited there a couple of times, the dentists treated my daughter were nice. But on the last visit Dr. Gruffi came in and yelled at me (almost like screaming) in front of my 7-year old daughter for a pediatric dental insurance problem. My daughter was scared and cried, I was shocked too. never saw such rude behavior from any dentist before. Even he apologized and offered a free treatment for my daughter afterwards I still could not forgot this worst experience

I went to that office for 1year and a half had 10 procedures done. Only saw Dr Gruffi once. 3 of the fillings are coming off now. There is this guy Dr Mith , he"s horrible. One time he was working on my tooth, the suction tube fell to the floor, he picked it up and stuck it back in my mouth. I was motified. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment specifically w/ Dr Gruffi, got there today 1:45pm was brought into the exam room very quickly. I sat there and waited until 3pm when Dr Mitch/ Disgusting came in asking if I needed help. I said no, I was waiting for Gruffi. 20 minutes later a lady came in and told me Dr Gruffi was really backed up and would not be able to see me for another hour and a half or longer. Well Enough is enough I will never go back there again.. They don't give a crap about the patients and they don't really care. It appears they have so many patients it's almost as if they are purposely trying to get rid of their excess patients. I will be requesting my files be… transferred to someone else. I am so mad 3 fillings I got from them last year need to be repaired. I wish I could sue them.

His wait time is ridiculous!! He has no respect for his patients! He makes you wait hours before he calls you in the room and then makes you wait hours again in the room before he starts. He should care more about his patients then the over booking he clearly does for the $$. It's every time no matter what time of day your appointment is for.
