Dr. Douglas Scott Keehn, DO

Rude staff making the phone appointment, cold staff upon arrival, NICE CMA, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, Dr. Keehn spent maybe 10 minutes with me of the hour and a half I spent there, was more interested in hearing himself talk than listening to what I had to say, has never met the cousins, Compassion and Empathy, flipped my legs around like a rag doll and, in the end, called in sick on the day of my procedure - WHAT A RELIEF! Not going back: Looking for a well trained physician who cares about the whole person, not just a body.

I was treated by Dr. Keehn in Madison at Advanced Pain Management 5 years ago for a L C nerve block. He stated the injection would take up to 24 hours to work and I might have to come back in 3 months, 6 months for another injection. I guess I was one of the lucky ones getting my money out of the shot, lasting 5 years. Two weeks ago I went back for the same procedure, didn't work as well. This was to be expected after seeing my latest MRI. In three weeks I will get a "booster shot". Hopefully this again will last several years. Getting closer to having to have neck surgery, want to put it off as long as possible. Dr. Keehn was very professional and answered all questions. I did not feel like I was just another patient and he wanted to get to the next patient. I would recommend patients with neck and spine pain issues see Dr. Keehn.

Staff very pleasant. Very clean and comfortable place. Would be nice to follow up with the doctor after procedures versus the PA.
