Dr. Douglas Arthur Krause, MD

I love Dr. Krause, but cannot put up with his ridiculous front office staff. They have no clue what they are doing, but more than make up for it with their know-it-all attitudes. Sometimes Dr's office folks (like leagal secretaries) start to think they are the drs or lawyers they work for. when that happens it is time for new office help. It has gotten worse and worse over the last 15 years and I am done.

THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS VERY IMPRTANT FOR MOST PEOPLE AND WHEN GOING TO THE DOCTOR ONE MEETS HIS/HER OFFICE STAFF FIRST. THE FRONT OFFICE GIRLS ( WITH THE EXC. OF AGGIE) ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND NASTY, SANDY HAS A MONSTEROUS ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE AND OFF. I FOUND THE GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE TO BE VERY JUDGEMENTAL AND RUDE. DR KRAUSE HIMESELF WAS PLEASANT AND GENUINE. I LIKED HIM VERY MUCH AND IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE FACT THAT HIS OFFICE STAFF WERE SO HORRIBLE I WOULD ABSOLUTELY SEE HIM AGAIN. HOWEVER, I REFUSE TO GO AGAIN TO BE TREATED SO POORLY!!!!!!!!!
