Dr. Douglas Ramon Landry, MD

Saw Dr. Landry at Sentera Emergency room, on August 5th. he came into my room a was extremely rude a wouldn’t listen to me of what I have going on. Instead of taken the time to actually hear me and check me or look at me he was already leaning towards an anxiety attack/ heartburn. I suffer with both an this isn’t it. He marked in my chart things that he never asked or did. I went in for heart issues an left with the same pain an issues that I am going to have to go somewhere else to get checked to make sure this isn’t early warning signs of a heart attack or clog. He noted that I looked anxious.. I was in pain not anxious. Please think twice about trusting your body for care with this “Dr” he was so dismissive. He threw my heart medication on the bed with no care. One of the worst medical providers I have ever seen. He needs a lesson in joy only bed side manners , but, how to listen an actually help your Pts . 1/10 I’d never see him again!

Explained everything and was concise with treatment plan. Very thoughtful approach with a kind demeanor... Thank you!

Saw Dr. Landry at Princess Anne Emergency. He was uncommunicative, documented things in my chart that he never checked, and was very disrespectful. He completely ignored when I told him that his treatment choice was contra-indicated because of other conditions that were already diagnosed and under treatment and then tried to say that my provider was not doing their job. It took me nearly a year to recover from that encounter and my complaints to Sentara were completely ignored. If you can go somewhere else, do. If you can't and he is your treating physician, leave.

I TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO THE ER @ PRINCESS ANNE HOSP...FIRST, THE STAFFS THAT WORKS THERE CAN REALLY CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE IN THERE FOR...THEY JUST WANT TO GET PAID...DR.LANDRY CAME IN DIDN'T HAVE A SMILE ON HIS FACE, MORE LIKE "BODY LANGUAGE" ATTITUDE...ALONG W/ THE RN COLLEEN, WHO ALSO HAD AN ATTITUDE...THE DOCTOR HARDLY SAID ANYTHING, LOOKING @ US LIKE, WHAT WERE WE DOING THERE @ THE ER?! PEOPLE DON'T GO TO THE ER SO THEY CAN GET A GIGANTIC BILL IN THEIR MAILBOX!!! TOO MANY DOCTOR'S AND RN THAT HAS A GOOD JOB, BUT REALLY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT PEOPLE!!! YOU'RE IN IT JUST FOR THE MONEY, NOT BECAUSE YOU HAVE A "HEART!"
