Lack of compassion! He is in a rush not giving time to see the patient or hear concerns.

Dr. Langrock is in need of retirement. I saw him 4 times for an injury (work-related so I had to) and his attitude from the beginning was that I was wasting his time, he didn’t want to be there, and that my injury was all in my head. He didn’t examine my injury until my 3rd visit. Told my I should be “like a football player and get back on the field” and was extremely exasperated and rude when I questioned why he hadn’t sent me to physical therapy yet. His response? “I can’t help you” What kind of Doctor says that? Acts like that? I now have additional issues with my injury because of his inaction. I highly recommend that patients choose a different doctor and that Langrock retires from the medical field.

I visited Dr. Langrock earlier this month to discuss my symptoms: a lack of appetite, intense nausea and chills. I was scared half to death and was very honest with Langrock and his staff about my cannabis use. After a blood and stool test came back clean, he suggested that perhaps I had developed cyclic vomiting syndrome which he attributed to my use of cannabis. Of course, being a young and naive man I had initially dismissed this and continued with my habits, thinking that I knew better (spoiler: I don't, doctors tend to be remarkably intelligent folks). After my symptoms had worsened, I hearkened back to his words and decided to cease my use once and, presumably, for all. I'm still not 100% better, but my symptoms have dramatically improved since I stopped. I am so, so grateful for Dr. Langrock and his kind, compassionate and understanding staff.

Find another doctor if you value a clear headed physician.

This doc makes you feel like he's put out to have to talk to you about your illness. And then actually complains about the extra ten minutes he has to spend to order a test. He should find a job where he doesn't actually have to communicate with people.

Always taking time to explain diagnostic testing and alternative actions for diagnosis

Langrock's bedside manner is nothing short of terrible: he is condescending, if not rude, and becomes very defensive when questioned. One has the feeling that he is trying to see as many patients as possible, because he enters and leaves the examination room so quickly. He diagnosed me with a potential disease, one with which I was unfamiliar, and actually told me to "google it" when I asked him for more information. On a return visit for severe back pain, he did not once ask about my pain levels or request to examine my back, but instead merely offered to recommend me to a specialist. He is unprofessional, and neither I nor any member of my family will be returning to his practice.

Dr. Langrock is caring and professional. He's been my doctor for many years and has always treated me with courtesy and respect.

I've been going to Dr. Langrock for 15 years. He always takes time to listen to what I have to say and he explains things clearly. You have to take responsibility to be his partner in your health care.

Ive been going to Doug for about 9 years .he was good at the start now its just a production line .You cant really tell him what you think is wrong that just tends to irriate him.Then you get that false sence of friendless and then off to the next patient . He will never be lonley with that ego.very diffucult to build or retain a working relationship with your doctor when the better than thou attitude keeps getting in the way.feel sorry for the people who have to work with him.Im done- time to change doctors
