Dr. Naversen is the most knowledgeable dermatologist in the Southern Oregon area. He is also very involved in the community and a very nice man.

Took my daughter here for acne..right away got put on the most expensive treatment Acutane, then got charged even more for pregnancy test's because they failed to log them in, even though it was all coming out of my pocket,was treated extremely rudely by his nurse every visit and that's after we had to wait over an hr each time just to take a pregnancy test and walk out. Horrible experience. If you'd like to be treated nicely go somewhere else.

I waited for 30 min out in the lobby, when I asked how long it would be they were quick to put me in a room where I waited for at least another 30min. I'm currently sitting in the office and still haven't been greeted by the doctor or a nurse! When I asked the receptionist about time she said it was common for him to be late by 45 min. This is crazy, I will not be coming back!

Dr. Naversen was excellent. Took the time the wife and I needed, did not rush through appointments. He was accurate in diagnosis. It is difficult to get an appointment, we waited almost six months. The office staff was friendly, took care of our needs efficiently. The practice is very busy, and that does effect the experience a bit negatively.

I'm a retired medical provider and I have never seen such a worst managed operation. These women worry more about dates and finger nail appts than patients.Their telephone system only seems to work for their satisfaction and any effort to suggest that is not working is refuted.Doctors take a meat market approach by employing the tactics of faster is better for quantity versus quality. Doctor's use medical assistants in lieu of paying nurses to save money and improve profit margin.Avoid with all care.
