I have been to this office twice in past month and have not yet been seen by or spoken to Dr. Palma. So i can’t give him any review

Great people just like family

Employees were pleasant, helpful and informative. Dr was very detail oriented in discussing my situation and offered the risk and benefits of the options available to me.

As the previous review explained, I arrived with my granddaughter and was greeted right away. Was checked in by a very courteous clerk. We sat down and it didn’t take long before we were called back to see the doctor. Dr. Palma walked in and addressed my granddaughter and I with a smile and welcoming words. My husband used to work with Dr. Palma and always had good things to say about him. So before I made this appointment for my granddaughter I myself had an appointment and was seen by him. I experienced for myself the great doctor that my husband had always talked about. He took care of me and my granddaughter with the upmost respect and professionalism one would and should expect. I would recommend Dr. Palma and his colleagues from the DE Orthopedic Specialist to anyone seeking an orthopedic doctor. I and my granddaughter give him 5 out of 5 stars. If you want the best service and attention you’re seeking for your ailment I suggest you seek Dr. Palma and his staff’s services. If in… need again I would definitely be seeking Dr. Palma’s opinion and services. I want to thank them all for their warm welcome and professionalism. Thank you!!!

I arrived, was greeted promptly by reception area staff. I was taken within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Palma was not unfamiliar to me because he is my nieces doctor. Dr. Palma had xrays taken of my shoulder and discussed with me what it showed.He sent me to Dr. Voltz for further consult. Dr Palma is very personable and he listens to the patient and doesn't discount what you say or how you're feeling. He is very a very compassionate physician. I will definitely reach out to him if needed ever again. I give this practice 5 stars plus because of how well they treat those that I know who have been treated by these physicians including myself. Need a Orthopedic doctor, look no further.

I have been a patient of Dr. Palma for a few years. First he treated me for shoulder injury, very satisfied no surgery needed. Now he treated me for a meniscus tear after an auto accident. He tried therapy prior to surgery and that did help, but after my follow up he decided surgery was the best option. He did surgery 10-30-2024 and my recovery is doing great. I had questions the first few days and his staff and him were very responsive and helpful. His bedside manner is superb. I would recommend him to anyone with shoulder or knee issues. Thank you Dr. Palma and DOS!!

I appreciate Dr. Palma’s attention to me and the way he explained everything during the exam of my leg. I’d refer him to anyone who’s an athlete with an injury.

Dr Palma is very knowledgeable with athletic injuries. Was able to explain what was causing the discomfort and what is needed to do prevent further injury. Would highly recommend.
