Dr. Douglas Dussel Pritchard, MD

My appointment with Dr Pritchard was pleasant. I found some pain relief for my diabetic neuropathy that I have been struggling with for over a year. It is not 100% but it is now manageable. He has a sweet office who was helpful with my needs. I had asked a question of his girl that worked with him and she did not know the answer but took the time to find the answer and call me back the next day. Very helpful

Dr. Pritchard is wonderful, but his staff, especially Robin and his wife, are incredibly rude to patients. Not only have I experienced this, but I have witnessed other patients being mistreated as well.

When people state that Dr. Pritchards wife is rude and runs the office and him they are correct. It is also true that she does not let Pritchard return phone calls. They are very rude. My husband will never go back there again. Stay away.

Dr. Pritchard seems to be knowledgeable and I think he would like to help his patients with their pain issues. However, his office manager is his wife - she's also a nurse - and she refuses to let patients speak to him - is demeaning - overbearing and rude. Not only do the nurses cower under his wife, but so does he. People with chronic pain do not need additional stress of being verbally beaten down by abusive Office Manger & nursing staff members who refuse to make appointments and refuse to let you speak to the doctor.

He treats patients for pain management. He listens, is very knowledgeable about pain, because he also experiences pain, which makes him even more empathetic to the treatment and management of his patient's pain..

Very happy with visit. Was given a lot of information about my condition and ways to improve my life. Helped a lot.
