No problem at all with practice when in house. Trying to reach a person , when calling, is a very long wait on the phone. Would like to know if there is a switchboard for the entire practice or just Colony Crossing?

After 3 visits never got to actually meet Dr. Puryear but I can say that his reception staff and nurses are terrible. They seemed very disinterested and rude. I had to call them to follow up after every visit. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Trying to get someone to actually return your call is nearly impossible. The receptionists are extremely rude too. Dr. Puryear himself is great, but unless he hires new/more staff members, I am taking my business elsewhere!

Dr Puryear is a rare treasure--a doctor who regonizes that the patient is his best consulting expert on his/her own health. He treats you with respectand friendly openness, and concern when appropriate. All this great bedside manner wouldn't be of much use unless it came woth exceptional medical knowledge and skill.Thankfully, it does.
