Love office and DR.

I have been seeing Dr Rimmer for approximately 15 years to treat IBS-C and other gastrointestinal issues caused from an autoimmune disease I have. I have had numerous office visits at both locations. I have had colonoscopies performed by Dr Rimmer. I have always been very pleased with the courtesy and service provided by the office staff at both locations. Over the years, I have seen different nurse practitioners at appointments set with Dr Rimmer. I realize this is common practice. I have had inconsistent experiences while seeing the different nurse practitioners. Some are definitely more pleasant to see than others. None have left me feeling like they cared at all about my opinion one way or the other. If I did not trust Dr Rimmer to perform thorough and successful procedures when needed, I would have gone elsewhere after meeting with the first rude and impatient nurse practitioner years ago. Dr Rimmer has removed multiple pollups during my scopes over the years. I have… faith that I am as well as I am now because of his treatments. I would definitely prefer to see him at some point other than scopes but this seems to be the new normal for most specialists. I have been pleased with follow up regarding scopes. I gave up many years ago trying to get my prescriptions refilled through this practice. They really don't take care of ongoing issues like this well. The administrative staff really makes it easy to schedule appointments and handle insurance claims. The weak link here has consistently been the lack of service during appointments conducted with the NPs. They basically just assume I have been compliant with Miralax, high fiber diet and exercise. Fortunately, my other specialists have addressed the underlying causes for my gastro issues stemming from autoimmune conditions. It is more important to me that I trust Dr Rimmer with my care when I am under anesthesia and having procedures done. His staff has worked to accommodate my schedule and several different insurance providers over the years. The wait time at appointments is minimal. The locations are conveniently located. Don't go here if you do not have other ways of getting routine refills for chronic conditions. Otherwise, deal with bad bed side from NP appointments and trust Dr Rimmer to handle the rest.

He was unprofessional. His anesthesiologist was condesending.

Waited two hours. Did not see doctor, saw his super smart-alek nurse practitioner who was intent on using all her big words, and acting like any question was beneath her to answer.
