Dr. Douglas Robertson, DDS

I was there with my husband who was the patient. I was, at my request, permitted in the exam room during the original evaluation and the re-examination. Dr. Robertson is professional, kind and courteous, as is his staff. He explained everything in detail. I asked many questions to which he answered each and every one. We were never rushed. His staff has great follow up abilities which was most appreciated. They called to check on my husband the day after his root canal. We had a concern (which we weren't sure if it were normal) which prompted his staff to follow up weekly. They then scheduled a followup to check out the concern. Dr. Robertson thoroughly checked it out and put our concerns at ease. Never were we made to feel like an inconvenience.

Dr. Robertson is highly professional and uses GentleWave technology, the best option for root canals. He is gentle and the procedure was painless. He explained everything along the way and his fees are very reasonable.

Excellent staff and care. Dr. Robertson is very professional and tells you what he is going to do before doing and makes sure you are pain free. His staff and him work very well together and make you feel very comfortable.
