Dr. Douglas Wayne Stewart, MD

Dr. Stewart saw me in Dec .at the Nephrology Associates in W-S. Upon entering the room, he annonced we had met before. He remembered me from 2007 when I nearly died after a breast implant operation having had breast cancer and was treated with chemo for a year. I had quit breathing and was intebated and unconcious so I didn't remember him. He came up with the treatment that saved my life. Now i am seeing him for chronic kidney disease. After running the necessary blood work, he found my GFR to be very low at 47. Normal is 60 orabove. What impressed me the most was that he personally called me to give me the results and discuss my case. That is unheard off in this Obamacare situation. So, even though Obama said " if I like my doctor,i can keep my doctor " , i will to pay out of pocket to keep seeing him. Even tbough my husband
