Very good doctor. The best I have ever worked with

Confused me with another patient. Unorganized and over books

Very inconsistent. Hurried, rushed. Unprofessional. As a Psychiatrist that should help he makes you feel more anxious and worried. Complains about other patients. I could go on....

I was shocked by the other reviews I saw here. They are exactly opposite of what I've experienced. Before I saw Dr. Stockwell I had a phobia of doctors and did not trust them at all. Dr. Stockwell put me completely at ease, helped me overcome my anxiety and seek help for my long-term physical ailments, and has made helped me find the me I buried decades ago. He spends plenty of time with you and always makes you feel like he really cares about you as an individual. I am a different person than I was a year ago when I first saw Dr. Stockwell.

He has a habit of talking about other patients . This I found rude will not return. I have a gut feeling this Doctor has a split personality. Beware of standing up for yourself and ask if you can tape him . I decided to do this after the last 4 visits . My therapist I have now is in shock at what this Doctor said at his friendswood office& Bellaire practice. I'm grateful to have found trust and support from a therapist who wants me to speak up about this

I was recommended Dr Stockwell by my counselor. Dr Stockwell accurately diagnosed me, and the meds he prescribed have been working fantastically. He's always very expediant with follow-up--a common side effect of my meds is insomnia, and when I called him to ask what to do, he was in touch with me that night to offer advice. The wait time is a little long, but it's because he spends a lot of time with each of his patients.

I kept notes for 8 months while seeing this Doctor. Beware that this Doctor does not keep accurate notes. It is important that a Doctor makes you feel safe instead he triggers your anxiety symptoms . Money over safety .

I would not send my daughter to this Doctor. He says one thing-then forgets what he said before-I do not see him as a tipical "animal lover"
