from Leigh High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton,
California. Dr. Takeuchi, received a Bachelor of Science
in Dental Sciences from the University of California, San
Francisco School of Dentistry and his Doctor of Dental Surgery
degree from the University of California, San Francisco School
of Dentistry (which had been recognized as the number 2 ranked
dental school in the nation.) Dr. Takeuchi has received several
awards of recognition in the dental field including: honors
from the American College of Dentists and the Quintessence
Award for Outstanding Achievement in Restorative Dentistry.
Dr Takeuchi was also elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon
Honor Society which is reserved for the top 15% a graduating
Dental School class. Dr. Takeuchi is a member of the American
…Dental Association and the California Dental Association.
Dr. Takeuchi has been in private practice since 1994 and
continues to focus on providing state of the art dentistry
with a personal touch.

annually exceeds the number of required hours for dental
