Waiting on hold for 8 minutes to schedule a new appointment for new patience is ridiculous and person who answered was not nice at all. Next doctor I called, answered in 1 minute and very nice. No excuse for this and unprofessional. No thank you.

The NP who I worked with made a mistake on a sample she was sending to the lab. When I came back to give another sample I requested they redo another procedure that was quite expensive that did not work on my first visit. They refused and told me I needed to pay another office visit. NP & nurse - not friendly Front desk - not friendly and generally unhelpful Billing - wonderful, even though I did not get the refund I would have liked Nurse management - very professional Lab - gave me more information than my NP or nurse would provide. Very helpful Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very professional & helpful, but my in-person experience was very cold and unhelpful. Going here makes me feel they are just in it for the money & not helping people. It's unfortunate because there are good people working there, I've just not met them in person.

Terrible in every way

Tells me do not let him know of anywhere else there might be a cancerous growth, only doing MOHS on one,pulled stitch so tight, nice huge scar left on face, he actually laughed about it, treated me condescendingly the whole time, says no worries scar will be in "cleavage"...feel sorry for his daughter! The condescending bstrd! keeps stitches in so long they got infected then his lame assistant couldn't see and says all stitches out yet there were some remaining.. had to go back AGAIN to have removed. Ugh! Totally unprofessional. Extremely unpleasant experience. Avoid this Dr at all costs!!!!!!

Beware... they contract with on do the most expensive labs in Nevada (Laboratory Medicine Consultants). If you get labs done here make sure you ask for them to go to lab Corp which is a fraction of the cost (and this isn't due to insurance). I was very surprised to get a 544 bill! When I called me insurance company they said if they sent it to lab Corp it may have been 100 dollars. The is NOT because this is where my insurance is taken it's because they are cheaper (before insurance even comes in). I really like PA Galina otherwise I would be finding a new dermatologist. I feel ripped off!

Myself and family have been patients of Dr. Thomas for many years now. I drive ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN because he is the BEST! You will not find a Doc with a better personality or bed side manner and he knows his stuff! I am very white and he has treated me for basal cell carcinomas. Very long wait to get in to see him personally, but knowing this, I book yearly appointments way in advance. Wouldn't go anywhere else! My husband has seen the PA's here also and very satisfied. : )

Dr. Thomas is very skilled, professional, and has a great personality. I feel in good hands with him and his staff. He came highly recommended and I am happy we found him.

The best dermatologist in Las Vegas and I know a lot of docs. He is very kind and caring and takes the time to explain everything. His staff is wonderful. Excellent customer service.

Dr. Thomas is the only doctor who appreciated me "hiring" him to be my dermatologists. He knows his profession.

Dr. Thomas , I think is one of the best Dr.'s that I know. When I was ill at one point and know one new what was wrong and I was experiencing major pain, I called his office (on a Saturday) Dr. Thomas was willing to come and see me. I have NEVER heard of this. I thought to my self your kidding right? Nope....Dr.Thomas was more than willing to come over and check the problem. Fortunatly for Dr. Thomas....all he had to do was right me a stronger perscription. My family and I love Dr. Thomas
