He is the best Dr anyone can ask for. He is straight forward about things and is very caring about his patience. He breaks everything down for you so you can understand them.

He dose not lsten or care about his patience.he took a DNA test to see what I should be on for my anxiety and it came back what I was already taking but he said he didn't feel comfortable giving to me. He sent me to a pain management doc that only does injections for my spondyliotheses knowing I had them done before and they caused me severe nerve damage. He's rude and mean. He has no empathy what so ever. He is only a doctor for the pay check. Please don't waist your time with him unless you have a cold if even that. He would probably just tell you nothing he can do

My wife has an unusual and severe condition that went undiagnosed for years. Dr Van Marel tearted her symptoms and got her to the roght specialist to confirm her condition. She spent several years being told her condition was due simply to stress and that what she needed was psych help. He was crucial in getting her diagnosed and treated properly. Her condition has no cure but she is dong much better now. He cared enough to belive her, treat her and actually research her condition.

Is a know it all, a male chauvinist and truly fits the bill as a charlatan.
