Dr. Douglas J. Van Putten, MD

I was extremely happy with Dr. Van Putten and his staff. He recently moved from his Valparaiso office and now is in Chesterton & Michigan City which is more convenient for me. He customized a treatment plan that met my needs & budget, I recommend him highly.

I like Dr. Van Putten & have gone to him for botox injections for many years. However, a couple or more yrs. ago he added a new member to his office staff & she has been rude to me and unhelpful on more than one occasion. I asked her a question and instead of saying she would find out for me, she just said she didn't know. I asked if she could find out the answer for me & then get back to me but she said everyone was really busy. Then the phone went dead and I had to call her back. A time before that I was making an appt. over the phone & realized I had to change the date in that same conversation. She said, "You're kidding me." She seemed frazzled. Another employee/partner who also does injections, has displayed an unpleasant & curt attitude. After the 2nd incident I left msg. for her to call me. She didn't. A couple months later l called & left a message to make an appointment, nobody returned my call. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this business. Wish I could.

Dr Van Puten is not only thoughtful but highly efficient. His staff is excellent and the ambiance in his office is relaxing. I would highly recommend his services. Milt D

Wonderful kind staff. Dr. Van Putten is respectful and kind and does amazing work!

I have been to him 3 times for Botox first two experances were great but the last time my Botox only lasted 2 months. He seemed to be in a hurry to get in, inject, and leave. Not sure why my results that time were so short lived but have another appointment in few weeks plus fillers so lets hope this go around goes better with better lasting results!

Awsome doctor. Great dr. To go to for Botox and fillers and procedures such as face lifts, breast augmentations and even skin cancer screenings/removal!
