Love Dr. Weinstein, he truly is the best in NJ for Gastroparesis but his office staff is horrible.

Sold out to capital health hospital. Terrible patient care, had a procedure done with anesthesia and then told my follow up was 4 months out. The doctor wanted to see me in 4 weeks. His office did not care. I called 4 times in 6 weeks trying to get the right appointment or through to someone who cared. I tried to get access to the doctor through the patient portal and they would not give me access. Doctor literally doesn’t care how his office is run. Tried talking to him multiple times about this to no end. Please safe yourself the stress especially if you are really sick, he will add nothing but problems to your plate.

If you enjoy an office staff that can't return your call for several days at a time, and who actively avoids your calls, cannot give you any information regarding WHEN you can get an appointment or WHEN an appointment may be booked, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. If you enjoy someone who actually takes the time to treat you like a living breathing human being, GO ELSEWHERE. Every single minute of my experience with this practice was nightmare inducing.
