If I could give this jerk a 0, I would. He spent maybe 5 minutes with us, and in that time, I don't think he ever took a breath. It was nearly impossible for my wife and I to get a word in. Totally useless visit. I heard the phrase "I don't know" so many times, not to mention his crappy response the ONE time we were able to interrupt him to ask him a question. We drove 2 hours for this? My wife and I will NOT be back. He's not interested in helping my wife, just collecting more money from people who genuinely need help. Edit: We just saw the report he sent to my wife's surgeon. It appears that Dr. Hale is a liar as well, as he states many things that DID NOT HAPPEN during my wife's visit to him. He stated that my wife refused a pelvic exam. It was never even brought up!! This is only one of the many examples of him lying on the report. I am LIVID!!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law Rita. The treatment and care she received from Dr. Hale, his team of doctors and his staff was excellent from beginning to end. The surgery was successful, allowing her to resume normal daily activities within a short period of time. She is very satisfied with the results and the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Hale's services to others in need. Thank you Dr. Hale.

Dr. Hale is a excellent Dr., explains every thing so you can understand what he is talking about. Never in a hurry and always has time to answer any questions. You feel you are his only patient. He is the best!!!

It’s official; I’m all meshed UP! Two doctors from out of state say mesh has to go. If Doug Hale would have been honest about all repair options (native tissue, biologic grafts, fascia from your thigh, polypropylene mesh) I wouldn’t have ended up with this painful mesh. Unfortunately, he does one repair – MESH with hysterectomy. He worked for a mesh company that harmed many women. He compares his hernia mesh to vaginal mesh, NO comparison. There are many good doctors out there that don’t use mesh. Do not let Doug Hale touch or lie to you.

This Dr Hale performed a surgery on me in 2017 and added a tvt sling and ruined my life . i had to have surgery 4 months later out of state to fix his mistakes! And he refused to see me after he performed this surgery! So i know he knows he messes me up..

Absolutely excellent Doctor and staff. Once you arrive there was barely a 5 minute wait. Everyone worked together and was very organized. Tests were ran in office and everything explained. Staff very friendly. The "fellow" working with this doc also excellent as were the nurses or whatever their titles were. All questions answered and the doctor spent much time explaining and will spend all the time you need. I had to call with question later and I was called back within 20 mins. Ive never been to such a good doctor and staff.

Courteous and excellent bedside manner. Answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Follow up was easy. The follow up went well and I was back at home after only a day in the hospital. Excellent overall.
