Douha Sabouni, MD

I started seeing her due to Dr. Mann being out on medical leave. I am now looking for a new doctor as she did not listen to my concerns is short on the phone and will cut you off while you are speaking. I feel as though she did not care to listen to what I was experiencing. I called her office multiple times when I was sick (vomiting and unable to eat for multiple days) for a medication she prescribed I waited days for a response which was not uncommon. At this point I decided to stop the medication myself. Months later when I was in the ER she asked me why I didn’t call about the problems I was having. Later I was told she would be back to my room before she left the hospital that day to answer questions. Surprise surprise she didn’t only her resident did. Who rolled her eyes at me multiple times when I had explained my frustrations and pain. Doctors like this are why those with chronic incurable illnesses suffer. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who cares. I would trust the… resident doctor I saw my first night in the hospital with my gynecological health and surgeries over her.

I been going to Sabouni for 5 years I believe. She's very kind and makes you feel comfortable. As someone who is obese feeling comfortable with a Dr can be very rare. I'd hate if I ever would have to switch to someone else. My current PCP does Gynecology at their office but I turned them down because I am happy with Saboni.

Dr. Sabouni is a very pleasant doctor. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. She immediately puts you at ease. I was worried when I first moved to PA from NY and feared I would never find a doctor like my doctor back in NY but I found a very wonderful and pleasant doctor in Dr. Sabouni.
