Was told that the pain in my leg when walking was caused by the main vein that feeds the leg and foot. Said he was going to make two 4 inch cuts and tunnel feed a replacement vain. When I woke from the surgery I found that I have cut from my waist to below the knee which I told him before the surgery that I did not give him consent to do. As a result, I have trouble urinating as well as I have numbness in not only my thigh but discomfort in my knee and feels like its going to give out and cause me to fall He told me that he took the return vein and put it in place of the plugged Vein which I also told him not to do I told him if for some reason he could not put in the artificial vein which would have been better cause it would be less evasive and not require as much recovery time The Dr, as well as the hospital, released me knowing there was a lot of discharge coming from the incisions and only keeping me in the hospital for one day Further subjecting me to discomfort as well… as the possibility of infection.

My wife saw Dr Swayngim Jr after being referred from a foot doctor she was seeing. Her toe was not healing so Dr. Swayngim did a angiograph and found major blockage of the artery in her right leg. He said she needed by-pass surgery but needed her heart checked. She had a major infection in her big toe in her right foot and he also stated not to see the foot doctor that this was a vascular problem and that she would no way loose her toe even though she had gen green already.
