I highly suggest you do not even considering working with this woman. My psychiatrist suggested I see someone before his meds appointment as I was in active crisis due to no fault of my own. She negated how much I needed the appt. by saying it was a "bit of an inconvenience." Lauren told me she wouldn't be able to see me because I didn't fill out new PT paperwork although I have been with Lifestance for more than 11 years. She would not provide a work around with me even though it was evident I needed to be seen. She then told me "Im sorry you feel that way" when I stated I was confused and upset by this. Any trained psychologist or person with a communications degree knows this is a form of degrading the other person in the conversation and placing blame on them for the other persons actions. Basically I got gaslit by a therapist in the deepest crisis I had been dealing with. She hung up on me with no follow up. If you want to feel worse by all means, book her.
