Dr. Adrian Shane Long, MD

I do not recommend this practice. While the doctors may be okay, the office staff is dysfunctional. We made appointments that were erroneously canceled because the vendor they used made mistakes, they provided inaccurate information with regard to insurance coverage, and they rarely answer the phones or respond to portal messages. All calls are forced to voicemail with warnings that if you don't follow their instructions exactly, they will not return your call. As an excuse, they have been claiming that they are experiencing "extremely high call volumes" for almost two years now. They are very unfriendly to patients and apparently woefully understaffed. We have not had this experience with other providers.

Each time I have seen Dr. Long, he has been courteous and professional. He has given me thorough examinations and has helped me improve my overall health. Im very satisfied.

Dr. Long and his staff are fantastic...I am so glad we found him. Dr. Long listens to our concerns and we never feel rushed.

Dr Long is a great doctor! I appreciate the time he takes and that he listens to everything I share with him. More important, he spends tome withe the diagnosis and considers all options.

The staff was very friendly, they took me on time, and Dr. Long was very good with an excellent manner. I was very pleased.

My experience as a new patient was very good. Everyone was pleasant, I was taken on time, and Dr. Long has a great style. Overall, an excellent experience.
