She will not listen to you. She will dismiss your concerns. She is unempathic and will not tell you anything, and to top it off. If you don't like the way she treats you she will boot you from the practice on a whole. So if you want to complain it won't be taken seriously. Avoid her like the plague.

I was 5 weeks pregnant with my first baby. We found out that the pregnancy was ectopic. She kept trying to have me come in “for a meeting” so we can discuss the results. I was distraught and educated and I knew what I needed to know. I decided that I wanted to get the shot to dissolve the pregnancy and not risk my tube. She made me an appointment. When I got there it wasn’t an appointment to get the shot. It was the meeting. That I didn’t want. She cheerily asked me “how are you” as she walked in while my face was streaked with tears. She explained what I already knew. I told her I didn’t want to talk. I just wanted the shot so I can go home. She explained that I can’t get the shot today we were just talking today and I can come in Monday to get the shot. Then she asked me why I was crying and proceeded to tell me to stop crying because “you’re young, you can try again” as if that negated the fact that I was losing a much wanted baby. Then I received a letter a week later from the… practice saying that I had been “released from the practice” with no explanation as to why.

I’m so thankful to Dr. Samad for delivering my healthy, happy baby boy. Her expertise and calmness helped me through difficult decisions and made for an overall positive experience.

Delivered my baby- did not introduce herself, wasn't receptive to concerns after delivery, overall poor bedside manner and lack of common courtesy. Was not transparent with my condition after delivery.

Dr. Samad has an amazing bedside manner and always makes me feel comfortable. She is thorough and answers all my questions. I have never been pregnant but will feel totally confident being in her care when the time comes.

Dr. Samad is so sweet and nice! I have never been pregnant so I only see her once a year for an annual exam, yet she always acts very warmly towards me, like we are great friends, and I love that. During my first visit she sat down with me and discussed my medical history and addressed any concerns. My mother and sister both go to her now too!
