Dr. Agustin Anibal Andrade, MD

Dr. Andrade is one of the most capable professionals I have ever met. Is not only about the experience and the knowledge but most importantly about the genuine interest for the his customers. Highly recommended!

An excellent Dr.

Very concerened Dr. I found him very thorough. I have a potential different problem which I plan on seeing the Dr soon. As far as the complainer of the insurance situation. If you can't afford the insurance the Dr accepts either find a Dr. who does accept your insurance or change insurance company. Thats the insurance lobby that creates this problem. Not the Dr. or his employees who has to deal with these companies. I found the staff very helpful, there job is not to try to win a popularity contest, but to make sure everything goes smoothly.

When I called for an appointment, every question was answered with "NO!" "We don't take your insurance", "you have to be referred," (I was) "Call me back in 15 minutes," "I have to ask the doctor if it's OK to make an appointment for you," "The doctor said you can't have an appointment." ??? I was referred by two different doctors for potentially life-threatening thyroid issues. She just didn't listen to anything I said. If Dr. Andrade knew how incredibly rude and obviously uneducated his receptionist is, she would be gone. I hope he reads this (and the other "staff is rude" comments by others as he will never meet us...because of his incompetent, lazy and boorish receptionist.

I am impressed with Dr. Andrade because his nodule biopsy was painless.

I was a patient of Dr. Andrade for about 6 years. My impression is that he is very knowledgable and has a great manner with patients. He explains as much as you want to know, in as much detail as you'd like, and he doesn't talk down to you. Like every dr. These days it seems, he's busy, so don't expect extra coddling. However, what you can expect - and this is extraordinary these days - is a wholistic approach to your health. Dr. Andrade will ensure you're checked out for any issues that could be peripherally related to the issues he's treating. Most other drs don't do this, leaving it up to you to figure out what other drs you need to see, tests you should have done, etc. As others have noted, the reception staff is often short with patients and can sometimes be rude. Too bad it's so hard to find one dr's office that really brings the whole patient experience all together.

they do not alwasy show up on time, when you have an early apoint... not the Dr , but the office staff....the dr, always shows up!
