Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Mohamed, MD

Dr. Mohamed and his staff seem to be willfully defrauding patients and charging insurance for services never rendered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This man pushes political, religious and cultural beliefs on patients that demean women. He also speaks inappropriately about women's bodies. In addition to all of that, he habitually doesn't return $100 deposits and doesn't submit insurance claims until 10 months later, which he is penalized and fines for. He constantly over talks you and only wants to write prescriptions for many drugs that don't mix well. Stay far away from him. I've taken legal action to get the money he owes me.

I have struggled with depression on and off again for the last few years. I became very unhappy and even struggled maintaining a healthy weight. I have seen multiple doctors and never really liked any of them. I am so relieved I have found Dr. Mohamed. He has helped me tremendously this past year with his excellent listening skills and advice. He has put me on a successful path of being able to help myself and be happy with myself once again.

I’ve had depression my whole life. A few years ago I had some life altering events happen. Hurt on the job. Lost my income. Anxiety issues, more depression. Pain. After a year of failed medical treatments I ended up in doctor Mohameds office. What a God send. I’m happily living my life and I owe it to doctor Mohamed.

He changed my life. Have been on meds for years but never felt better. Within days of med changes from him I felt like a brand new person. Only complaint is I sometimes have to wait a long time but that is because he takes his time with each patient and really listens to their concerns and symptoms. Highly recommend.

Mohammed was a good psych for the time I saw him. After being diagnosed with bipolar, I was put on a medicine that he left out all the bad side effects, but honed in on the good ones. The medicine I was put on causes severe hair loss, and this is something I wish had been said to me. Now clumps of my hair falls out in the shower. He also put me on a weight loss drug, which come to find out, is not supposed to be taken when you are taking something for a mood disorder. He is about an hour late to every appt, and if you see him in the morning, he's never there until about 4 hours after opening, and has his alreceptionist make excuses for him.

Excellent Doctor. He is very professional, patient and caring. He is very knowledgeable about geriatric issues and spends the right amount of time with his patients. I have been a patient for over a year now and he's the best I've been to see. Rates a huge 5 stars from me.

I can look past the very long wait time because I understand some people might need more time occasionally. What I have a big problem with is not being listened to. My last visit I told him in my 5 minutes that what prescription he had put me on was causing more severe panic attacks. His response was I had OCD because I worry about side effects...that the pharmacy knows nothing...and to not take what my Neurologist wanted me to...keep taking what he said. He never listened to why I was having a problem with his medication. Even laughed at my concern. I want a doctor that will listen before pushing pills...
