Hard to believe all the negative patient comments when I'v had positive experiences with Dr. Klibanoff and his office staff. They are prompt & efficient. And Dr. Klibanoff is easy to talk with not to mention him providing good info

Am glad the office staff is not a reflection on the doctor. Don't like having to leave a message for a call-back. And then they don't call back that day. Their voice mail message indicates that if you call after 4, yours will be returned the next business day. Called way before 4 and did not receive a call back. Want to talk with someone directly when I call.

My wife is sick with severe stomach problems. She got an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy from Dr. Klibanoff, but she and her doctors never got her records. She tried for OVER TWO YEARS to get her records. Gulfcoast Gastoenterology would take her and her doctors' records requests but never send them. NOW MY WIFE IS STUCK AND IN TROUBLE. My wife is really sick, and needs to know what's causing her problems. She gets sick after eating everything. But our insurance company refuses to pay for another upper endoscopy because they say she just had one. Don't let Gulfcoast Gastoenterology touch you.

Had a routine colonoscopy last week at the North Pinellas Surgery Center (which this doctor owns) — Aspirated during the procedure and the recover nurses were not equipped to take care of me and sent me home. I went straight to hospital as I immediately developed pneumonia. Advised to contact this doctors nurse. Despite many messages left she still hasn’t called back.. she never returns calls. Never heard from the doctor again either. My advice— find a better doctor for yourself and don’t go to the North Pinellas Surgery Center.

Due to severe acid reflux, over the past 12-15 years, Dr.Klibanoff has had to stretch my esophagus about 8 times. WITH HUGE SUCCESS each time. 17 years ago, Dr. K successfully diagnosed my husband's problem, when about 6 other doctors could not!

I had a problem filling my scrip for Dexelent, i left 3 voice mails for the nurse to call me back over a period of 4 months, no return phone call. I have now been out of my medicine for that same amount of time. Dr Kalibinoff himself is a good doctor but his nurse is not. I will probably try to find another gastro if i don't receive a response in the next 24 hours, not a happy patient.

I found all of the staff very friendly and professional. The Doctor was equally friendly and professional. I would rate the service and following procedure a 5

The office staff is rude every time you call. The office is disorganized and unprofessional. Once you have seen one doctor in the group they refuse to allow you to see any other doctor.

NOT VERY NICE NURSE DOSE ALL THE WORK.
