Dr. Alberto Juan Rodriguez, MD

Dr. Rodriguez has been my PCM for almost year, and I have never met the guy. I switched to Dr. Rodriguez when my last PCM stopped accepting Tricare. My initial appointments with him were delegated to an APRN in the office. During a recent appointment for a moderately urgent issue, the staff checked me in over the phone for a virtual appointment and told me Dr. Rodriguez would call back shortly. An hour later, no one contacted me. When I called the office back to figure out what was going on, they had closed down for the day. I understand folks get busy or behind, but for everyone to head home for the day with patients sitting in a 'virtual waiting room' is crazy unprofessional. No one from the practice has reached out to me since to apologize or reschedule the appointment, and I can't get anyone on the phone. Stay away from this doctor and Trinity Health of New England in West Hartford, unless the above experience is what you're looking for.

This doctor is my mother’s primary the office staff is rude and disrespectful and shown no regard for the patient.

One of the greatest GP's you will ever see. Very knowledgeable, cares deeply for his patients. Dr Rodriguez is old school and if his scheduled allowed he would make a house call! That is how deeply he cares for his patients
