Dr. Aleksandra Kraeher, MD

I hesitated to review this provider. Since I worked as a rn and arnp in this area for 32 yrs I considered myself a good patient...no complaints, friendly, always gifted at christmas.ive read these reviews. I'm writing to validate the critical reviews other patients have shared. I was told via dr.'s staff to " find another endocrinologist", I was put out of the practice when I was having difficulty tolerating rx med.i even asked to be checked one more time as I had concerns with med and then I would find another provider. Only response was "find another endocrinologist" . I did. I feel so much better. Different med. I was a patient about 4 or 5 years.i have never been treated so poorly by a provider. Apparently some people think this provider is wonderful. Well...to each his own... I would not recommend this practice.

I would not recommend Doctor Kraeher. Not a caring person and does not follow up on important prognosis. She will move you out the door before things are finalized. Doesn't follow up with refills that are important to your ailment. She prescribed a medication that should be taken every week but told be to take in once a month.

Dr Kraeher is good but her front staff, Patty Ayala should not be working in the office, especially during these difficult times. Her manner is rude. I had a delay in work and cancelled an ultrasound appt one hour before with no appts after me which did not affect the tech only to leave early. In these hard times of trying to make a living, Patty told me that I would be charged $30.00 because there was a cancellation fee unbeknownst to me. I tried to reschedule at their convenience, but she would not until I paid the $30.00. I have been a long term patient and have always been timely on all my appointments. I do not charge the doctor $30.00 for every time the dr keeps me waiting for my appt. During these times, when one is delayed due to work, this is above and beyond not caring, especially when I was the last patient and did not keep anyone waiting. Front office staff is the appendage for the doctor. I will not be returning to the office.

I have been a diabetic for over 30 years. Dr. Kraeher brought me into balanced blood sugar control for the first time. I also lost 40 pounds, bringing me down to my normal weight & feeling more energetic at 73.

She is an absolutely awesome doctor.She has her patients best interest at heart. She really takes her time to make sure you understand your treatment plan.She honors her patients appointment time. She is very organized . Her staff is amazing.Cathy the M A.is excellent. And Jennifer at the front desk always goes the extra mile for you. Really gives you her best. Dr Kraeher is a practice in excellence.

This doctor is more of a technician (in a rush), than a true “doctor”; there is a big difference. For basic endocrinology, maybe - but no way for more complex/serious issues. As far as reviews generally (positive or negative), they are mostly irrelevant - and based on emotion more than anything else. More importantly, how can a non-doctor patient evaluate a doctor? They can’t.

Dr Kraeher is an Excellent endocrinologist. It does not get better than her. She is very dedicated and cares about her patients. She has your best interest at heart. I have been her patient for over four years. Her staff is very competent and her office is very clean. I would highly recommend her.And you never have to wait more than a few minutes to see her.

Dr. Kraeher was a breath of fresh air about ten years ago when she was recommended to me. I have many health issues and she worked diligently to get my levels where they needed to be so that I could actually go out in the world and function. The doctor and her staff work very hard to keep appointments on time. Most doctors today run so far behind and care very little about their patients time. I am very lucky that she keeps me as a patient as I am not as good a patient as she is a doctor, but she sticks with me and I am very appreciative. I hope I never have the need to change doctors for my diabetes or thyroid issues. Can't say enough good things about her.

If you need an endocrinologist, skip this "Doctor". Went to her because she was rated really well. I can't figure out why anyone would give a good rating to somebody who rushes a patient through appointments, refuses to listen to patient concerns, and gets annoyed with patients who ask questions!??

My wife sees Dr. Kraeher for the last ten years. She is extremely detailed and keeps my wife's diabetes in very good control.
