I was 100% satisfied with my procedure. I found Dr. Williams manner very comforting and positive.

He was done with me rather rapidly. Almost too quick!!

Dr. Williams' staff is extremely unprofessional. ON 2 occasions my appointments have suspiciously disappeared from their schedules. On I occasion they called once to confirm my appointment then 30 minutes later called to tell me the doctor refused to see me. Even though my doctor specifically referred me to him. After telling me he won't confirm my second opinion even though I didn't know I was receiving a second opinion. THEN proceeded to tell me AFTER I took off work that my appointment was at a different time and location. All of this occurred less than 24 hours before my appointment. In the papers I took all day to fill out, it states to allow a cancelation you must call 48 hours before, yet they called less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. In the end it was extremely stressful.

Dr Williams is very good lister and has always returned calls.

Professional & Considered

Dr. Williams has a wonderful "bedside manner", and put me at ease almost instantly, even though we were discussing invasive testing and lab work. He and his staff were attentive and helpful, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pushed. The fact that their suite includes facilities to perform most testing on site is a huge plus for me.
