Extremely disappointed not only with Dr Wong but with his entire staff. If you’re looking for aesthetic cosmetic surgery, Dr Wong IS NOT a good choice. I went to him for a breast reduction and lift. He left me disfigured. Although he initially offered a revision with his fee waived, his staff never followed up. When I mentioned it to him, his scheduler emailed me telling me to contact my insurance company myself. She gave me the procedure code and told me to get pricing. What!?! How am I supposed to do that? Why is that my job? How am I supposed to know what Keck charges and, hence, what my financial responsibility would be? I received a survey from the University and was honest with my responses. They had the audacity to call me and suggest I allow them to remove it. If aesthetic plastic surgery isn’t his area of expertise, he had a moral obligation to say so and refer me to a surgeon more qualified than he.
