Dr. Alexander E Weingarten, MD

PATIENT FOR 24YRS,PAST AND TAKEN 100;S OF URINE TESTS,OWNING HIS OWN LAB, CAN DISCHARGE ANYTIME ANYONE. HE CLAIMED I WAS POS FOR COCAINE ,AND DISCHARGED 30 DAYS LATER,INSTEAD OF BEING CALLED IN FOR RETESTING WITHIN 24HRS,VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS. HE WAS TESTING EVERY MONTH AND LAB TESTING 4-5X A YR. INSURANCE STOPPED PAYING,I AM HEAVILY DISABLED,IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY,MANY TESTS DONE DURING THIS TIME AND AFTER ALL NEGATIVE SO WHATS THAT TELL YOU,I NEED A LAWYER, BUT WOULD HAVE TO SUE PRIVATELY,ALOT OF MONEY UP FRONT,WHATS THAT TELL YOU,HE KNOWS THIS,GETS AWAY WITH IT,PLUS DEA WANTS PEOPLE LIKE ME TO DIE,SO THEY LOOK GOOD ON PAPER

I was a patient for 10 years and discharged and left to withdraw on my own. Dr Weingarten requires urine drug screening at every visit. He then runs the most expensive screening regardless of risk level, age or insurance. All tests are done at a lab owned by Dr Weingarten and Dr Fyman, his partner. Then they bill insurance for an office visit and a $1,300 claim for the UDT. My insurance stopped paying 2 years ago because of the physician self referral law. Leaving unpaid claims over $30,000 then suddenly heroin is found in my urine and I am out!! Urine is liquid gold for doctors like him.

Sitting in waiting room going on an hour and the lady next to me flew in from FL to get her meds from Weingarten. Something did not sound right. He gives out alot of medication. Plus you can see who the addicts are in the waiting room. Why is he seeing them? He also misdiagnosed me and I saw him fir 10yrs!

Dr. Alexander Weingarten (Co-owns Comprehensive Pain Management Clinic with Dr. Fyman) was brought up on federal charges for accepting kickbacks from Insys for medication Subsys (Fentanyl).

I am sorry that it must be said that I saw my fiancé’s blood pressure and pulse written into the chart without actually taking it. He took private calls about his trip to Israel while keeping us waiting in the exam room for over 30 minutes. No apology. He would test urine but never for alcohol and wrote scripts for pain killers. I spoke to him privately about it and he ignored me His nurse told me he doesn’t send urine out anyway. If he did that would be extra. A doctor who prescribes pain meds needs to test for alcohol always. We were there for legitamite pain and waiting room looked like junkies

You were taking a private call after leaving is alibdcin Texan room for over 30 min and had virals already documented in chart - which you and your nurse never took.

Dr. Weingarten routinely triple books, doesn't even look at you and lies during his dictation saying he did things he never did. Tried to rx me a med I'm allergic to, after I told him I couldn't take it. His staff is abhorrent and I would not send a dog I hated to that practice. All they want to do is bill.

after years of being a patient at ProHealth,with very little help and very much aggrevation i went to see Dr. Alexander Weingarten. Within a few visits, he gave me the right injections. i am very much improved and can't thank him enough...the doctor at prohealth, i won't mention her name, just got me dependent on pain meds..she very rarely listened to what i had to say. she told me that 'she was the doctor'...i wasted much time with that place...the nurse there also had done things to make things worse.......i am so glad that i am being treated by Dr. Weingarten.....He is doing his best to help me avoid additional surgery....

I signed the doctor is not listen to what I have to say I've asked him to go through my file and go over all my ailments and he totally ignored me so therefore I cannot give him a good grade

For many years I've been treated by hid office. I had the pleasure of seeing a associate the entire time. I had no complaints and only praise for his methods and bedside manor. Sadly he left and for 8 months Dr. W has been seeing me. Presently I'm so upset with his lack of concern I'm looking for another Dr. who will take intrest and manage his office as to help the patient in other ways besides giving opoids.His lack of caring and following up is preventing my insurance company from sending me necessities that will allow me mobility and once again be able to get around on my own. That office is so very dissapointing
